Bay Creek Resort & Club

Sharper Solutions has worked with Bay Creek on several marketing and public relations projects; providing creative and impactful marketing materials that speak directly to their target audience. Our pubic relations efforts help generate media interest and national coverage for upcoming events and activities. Functioning alone, or with this client’s preferred artist, we continually provide marketing and public relations solutions that work, on time and on budget. Hampton Roads Community Care (HRCC)

HRCC retained Sharper Solutions as part of a team of consultants hired to help them restructure the overall organization and configure specific programs for more effective operations and reporting. The team of consultants worked together to provide organizational development which included a five year strategic plan, a marketing and fundraising plan, a policy and procedures handbook, training manuals, and data collection materials for effective reporting. HRCC continues to work with Sharper Solutions on marketing and public relations projects.

Let’s Talk Life Coaching for Women and Girls

Let’s Talk hired Sharper Solutions help them restructure the organization and plan for future growth. The organization had experienced tremendous growth and exposure during their startup phase, but gradually the momentum had begun to slow, affecting their client numbers and funding options. Sharper Solutions helped them restructure the business and develop goals, objectives, outcome measures and benchmarks. Since their work with Sharper Solutions, the organization has increased their funding and is poised to bring on additional paid staff.

Project Genesis

Sharper Solutions was hired to lead the development of a faith-based non-profit community organization from inception through initial funding. The goal was to launch a separate organization that was affiliated with the local church, yet able to stand alone as a self-sufficient community service organization. By the completion of this assignment, Project Genesis had received a five year grant to continue the great work they were doing in the community.
